THE INTIMATE FLOWER BAR PACKAGE - $450
Suitable for smaller groups of 8-10 people. This package includes;
Flower Stand Hire and the very best seasonal blooms our farm has to offer at the time of your event (approx 200-250 stems)
10 x Snips Hire
10 x Vases to keep, styled with ribbon
10 x Placemat/ table protector with arranging instructions
A pre-made arrangement for reference
Bin for green waste
Additional person $45 each; includes extra flowers & supplies
THE FULL FLOWER BAR PACKAGE - $900
Suitable for larger groups of 20-25 people. This package includes;
Flower Stand Hire full of the very best seasonal blooms our farm has to offer at the time of your event (approx 500-600 stems)
25 x Snips Hire
25 x Vases to keep, styled with ribbon
25 x Placemat/ table protector with arranging instructions
A pre-made arrangement for reference
Bin for green waste
Additional person $40 each; includes extra flowers & supplies

THE PETITE POSIES PACKAGE - $400 / $550
Ideal for party thank you’s/favours ect. This package includes;
Flower Stand Hire
36 x Petite seasonal posies; wrapped individually and styled with ribbon
Option for mixed or individual flower posies
Additional $10 individual flower posies or $15 mixed posies available if more are required
THE MIXED BOUQUET PACKAGE- $400
Ideal for business promos, award nights etc. This package includes;
Flower Stand Hire
12 x Regular sized bouquets; wrapped individually and styled with ribbon
Additional $30 mixed bouquets available if more are required
More Information.
To confirm your booking, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit. Please note your date won’t be secured until deposit has been made
Pick up from our farm can be done anytime the day before or day of your event. I will run through how to set up the flower stand (super easy!!). I recommend larger car/ SUV to fit stand, flowers, vases, green waste bin into your car
Flexible on a return date within the week after depending on other bookings. Exact date will be discussed/confirmed prior. Geelong return point available
Delivery/ set up/ pack down available between Geelong - Ballarat (within 50km) $100 extra
Full payment will be required 7 days prior to your booking date. Including a $200 bond which will be refunded after the stand and equipment is returned in full and is undamaged
Our flower bar or flower stand hire is only available during our growing season. October - Early April
Molly can be available to host your flower bar experience/ workshop if preferred. 1.5-2 hours for $150 extra
Multiple flower bar/ stands available upon request

We provide a green waste bin for the stem off cuts which we will dispose of for you
Bookings cannot be accepted within 7 days prior due to other orders. Bookings are recommended to be made well in advance to secure certain dates
